Our CEO, Jane E. Powell:
Jane is a senior sales leader with over 15 years of business development, sales, sales coaching and sales management experience in multiple industries and markets across the United States, Canada and Europe.
Jane’s management style comes from real world experience and leading by example for her teams. She understands that most small to midsize companies have a gap in true sales management due to hiring cost which leads to inexperience sales managers or promoting of top producers that have not received any training.

For SMB companies it is imperative to provide sales coaching and managers for their entire sales team. This allows for the entire team to have clear responsibilities, positive accountability, and the ability to understand where they are in the sales cycle. By creating proven and repeatable sales process companies are now not reliant only on sales talent but own their process to close deals.
Jane is a USF alumni and has been a part of the Tampa Bay community for 19 years after moving from a small town, in the RDU area Oxford, NC. She started her first company at 21 in the real estate industry. Jane is active in many networking groups having been the past President of the IAMCP, TBTF, and created roundtables including the CIO Xchange and Security Anonymous. She also gives back to the community through her Non-Profit PWN4PWN, a support group for people with narcolepsy.
Jane, a CEO of a Technology Sales Consulting Firm and Non-Profit, was born and raise on a farm in a small town in Oxford, North Carolina. After moving to Tampa, FL to attend USF, she started her first successful business at the age of 21. With a strong background in technology from her mother teaching her to program in program in basic when she was only 10 years old, she quickly excelled in IT staffing and solution based sales.
She has been the top sales rep for multiple years by both percentage of gross margin and total revenue achieved. She finds her passion is helping her clients solve their business problems through technology to take their companies to the next level.
